The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, has pledged full support and cooperation for Akwa-Ibom State State Governor, Umo Eno. The National Vice-Chairman (South-South) of the party, Victor Giadom, gave this assurance in a statement on Monday as he welcomed the Governor and other members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who defected to the Party. 6. Senior Advocate of Nigeria, SAN, Femi Falana, has said that the economic policies of the Tinubu administration only benefit the rich. Niger State governor, Mohammed Bago has directed the Ministry for Land and Survey to issue certificate of occupancy (C of O) to the Federal Government to facilitate immediate construction of resettlement homes for the victims of the Mokwa flood disaster.The governor gave the directives during an on-the-spot assessment of houses destroyed by the flood in Mokwa, where he addressed the people of the community. 9. The Edo State Commander of the NDLEA, Mitchell Ofoyefu, says the agency arrested 39 suspected drug traffickers in the State. He disclosed this on Monday during the presentation of his first monthly operational scorecard in Benin City. 10. Segun Sowunmi, a former spokesman to Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has hailed the mental capacity of President Bola Tinubu.
