Abia monarch, Eze Ofoegbu suspended for alleged insubordination

Eze Nnamdi Ofoegbu, the traditional ruler of Umudiawa autonomous community in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State, has been suspended for six months. He was suspended by the leadership of Aba State Council of traditional rulers through a letter dated June 6, 2025. A media consultant to the suspended traditional ruler while replying to a message sent by DAILY POST, confirmed the news of the suspension but promised to respond later.
